Refund Policy
To access the Introductory Course, you must submit the required documentation and pay the first monthly fee. If you begin and participate in this course but decide not to continue, you may request a refund of 5% of the amount paid. This policy does not apply if you have progressed in the License courses.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@atfacampusvirtual.com with proof of payment and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment before submitting documentation and paying the first monthly fee for the Introductory Course, you may do so at no charge. Once you have accessed the Introductory Course, the corresponding refund policy will apply.
From the License C, B, A, or PRO course stage onward, you may withdraw from the course at any time; however, any monthly fees already paid will not be refundable.
